Possibly.  Remember that tuition does increase as students matriculate to various grade levels.  For example, if your student is currently in 8th grade and moves to 9th grade, you will be paying the tuition rate for 9th grade next year.  Even though there was not an increase in tuition across the board, your tuition is still higher for upper school.

You will still need to fill out a TADS application for this year.  Variable Tuition awards are made unique to each year, based on financial need.  Please submit your TADS application as soon as possible.

Credits are accrued each year a student is enrolled and are applied to your account when students transition from one division to another (Early Education to Elementary, Elementary to Middle, and Middle to High School).  Credits accrue automatically; you do not need to apply for these credits.

You will see the credit applied when you enroll in the next division, so at grades 1, 5, 9, and 12.  For example, if you are currently in middle school, you will accrue credits during your time but the discount will be applied when you enroll in high school (9th grade). 

Credits are accrued per student and will be applied to each student account.

If you withdraw, you forfeit any accrued but unapplied credits.  They will not be “paid out” or applied to any past due amount.

If you leave Canterbury and return, you are essentially restarting the clock for accruing loyalty credits.  You will earn them based on your new start date, not your initial enrollment.

No!  For current students, a loyalty credit will be earned for the 2020-2021 school year and each year going forward as long as the student is enrolled at Canterbury. For new students, a loyalty credit will be earned for the 2021-2022 school year and each year going forward as long as the student is enrolled at Canterbury.  Remember, credits are nonrefundable and are applied to your account when you transition to the next division.

No, this is a new program and the clock starts now.  Every family will begin earning loyalty credits from this year forward.

Yes, you will accrue a credit for the 2020-2021 school year.  If your student is transitioning to a new division next year, the credit for this current school year will be applied.  For example, a current 4th grade student would earn $250 credit this year that will be applied to next year’s 5th grade tuition. 

Yes! Credits will accrue just as they will for any other student and will be applied to your account accordingly.
