Parents of new students and re-enrolling students are required to submit a non-refundable Tuition Down Payment of $1,000 per child with the signed enrollment contract. Down Payments are applied to the balance of tuition.

Payment Plans 

Families have the opportunity to choose the right payment schedule that best suits their financial needs. Choose from one-time payments, semi-annual payments, or a monthly payment plan.

Additional Fees 


ACTIVITY & MATERIALS FEE

Applied to cover the cost of co-curricular activities that enrich the classroom learning experience. Costs for course materials including textbooks and workbooks, academic subscriptions, and school-owned technology resources are also included.

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE FEE

This fee covers the Provision of Plant Replacement Renewal and Special Maintenance (PPRRSM). This fee supports all programs across both campuses including academic buildings, marine facility requirements, athletic fields, and auditorium needs.

MATRICULATION FEE

The matriculation fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee per student due at the time of initial enrollment.

  • First child: $400
  • Second child: $300
  • Each additional child: $200

If a student leaves school and returns at a later date, no additional fee is charged.

Discounts Available

  • Sibling Discount: A 10% discount will apply for each sibling currently enrolled after the first child.
  • Alumni Discount: A 10% discount is available for children of Canterbury graduates.
  • Active Military Discount: A 10% discount is available for children of active military.  Thank you for your service!
  • St. Thomas Discount: A 10% discount will apply to children of families who are active members of St. Thomas’ Episcopal Church (status must be confirmed by St. Thomas’ leadership)
  • *Discounts cannot be stacked - only one discount may apply at a time.

TUITION REFUND PLAN

The Tuition Refund Plan protects you against unforeseen events that might prevent you from meeting your financial obligation, such as a relocation, illness, or other personal or family situation.
