Senior Parent Yearbook Memory Ad Form

Dear Parents, 

If you would like to purchase a Yearbook Memory Ad to commemorate your child's graduation, please fill out the information below to reserve a space in the yearbook.

 

We are accepting reservations until October 4, 2023.

Credit card payments are preferred, but if you opt to pay by check, please include "Yearbook" in the memo and turn in your payment by October 13, 2023. 

All ad content is due by Friday, December 1, 2023. Mrs. Rosario will send you a shared folder to upload your content once your ad has been purchased.

 

There are two options for ads:

  • Full Size (up to 15 photos; any more will reduce the size of the photos, especially if there a lot of text)
  • Half Page (no more than 6 photos and a small amount of text)
